Capsule Labs

Where Capsules Are Born

Each project tests a hypothesis about portable, verifiable AI workflows: local command capsules, encrypted agent transfer, research continuation, healthcare records, and regulated work.

Stages

Every project carries a stage tag so you know exactly where it stands.

Active Experiments

Capsule projects across finance, healthcare, home, media, security, research, and agent infrastructure. Shipped entries include signed .capsule files; prototype entries expose the current research frontier.

Start an Experiment

Have a hypothesis about how capsules could work in your domain? Install the capsule skill and build one yourself.

The Commands

/capsules run Learn the protocol

Interactive walkthrough. The capsule skill teaches you how capsules work by building one with you step by step.

/capsules build Create your own

Start from scratch. Define your hypothesis, structure your workflow, and produce a .capsule file ready for testing.

/capsules publish-to-labs Submit to Capsule Labs

When you're ready, run /capsules publish-to-labs {capsule-name} to submit your experiment. Your capsule must include an embedded Readme.md (the AI helps you write it). The capsule ships to the capsules.run repo for review.

Once you have the capsule skill installed, download and test the public examples, starting with hello.capsule and the v0.6 reference samples (symptom-tracker and medical-journal), both signed and verifiable today. Remaining lab capsules will be published as they pass review.
